Aslan Standard Warranty
Aslan Technologies Inc. guarantees the materials and components for a period of one year from the date of shipment from our plant in Burlington, Ontario under normal and proper installation and used in accordance with the instructions as outlined in the operating manuals. Defective parts and replacement labour will be provided at no charge if returned to the Burlington location and parts only for on-site service. On-site service rates are available upon request. Due to the nature of water treatment, lower than anticipated membrane performance will not be construed as a component failure. Any operation of the equipment while not following the instructions given by Aslan - Applications Engineering shall void this warranty.
