Whether you need a Design/Build solution or for Aslan to act as the General Contractor on a system that is designed by others, we will take care of all of the details of integrating the filtration, storage (pressurized tanks or clear well), pumping, flow measurement (magnetic or positive displacement flowmeters), sanitization (UV, chlorination, etc.), electrical, instrumentation and SCADA systems. It’s not just about picking and assembling parts, it’s making an entire system work together – that’s what Aslan does best!

Drinking water installations include numerous resort, residential communities, and golf clubhouse facilities in Ontario – including Barrie Golf & C.C., King Valley Estates, King Valley Golf & C.C., Emerald Hills Estates, Emerald Hills Golf & C.C., Kingsview Estates, The Estates of Wyndance, and the Marriot “Red Leaves” Development. Potable water capacities ranged from 55 to an 800 dwelling equivalent (with larger flowrates available) which also may include street fire hydrant installations. And of course, all drinking water systems are designed to ensure compliance with local drinking water standards.

In addition, Aslan provides pre-packaged systems to greatly simplify installation, increase reliability and enhance training. Aslan current has 15 such systems in embassies in South and Central America, Africa and Asia.

Pumping systems can either be direct feed from a well or lake into the distribution system or can be re-pressurized from a clear well. Single or multi-pump systems range from across the line starters to soft starters to variable frequency drives (VFD’s) for smoother operations to maintain a more constant pressure - Aslan Technologies has done them all. Booster or high lift pump trains can be for potable water only or combined to provide irrigation and fire flows.

Cleaning up water is like making a wooden table. You start with rough cut lumber and work your way to progressively finer sand paper. Water filtration works in a similar way. You remove the ‘chuncks’ with screens then start polishing with finer and finer filtration. Aslan Technologies can select the appropriate processes to provide the best filtration in the fewest, most economical steps.
